We invite you to join us for Cooking for Crowds on December 11 from 1 PM – 4 PM at the Carver Food Enterprise Center.  If you "Cook for a Crowd" with your church or youth group, rescue squad, fire department, band or athletic boosters or other non-profit organization, then this class is for you!  Learn how to reduce food safety risks when cooking large volumes of food for the public. Make sure that the food you prepare and serve is not only delicious, but safe!  This course will include classroom lessons and hands-on food preparation practice.   All participants will earn a Cooking for Crowds Certificate at the end of day while contributing to a pumpkin-themed dish for local food banks.   

This program is open to those 16 years and older and is free for all participants thanks to support from the Culpeper Wellness Foundation
