About the event

We invite you to join us for Cooking for Crowds on March 3rd from 9 am-noon at the Carver Food Enterprise Center!


 If you "Cook for a Crowd" with your church or youth group, rescue squad, fire department, band or athletic boosters, or other non-profit organization, then this class is for you!  Learn how to reduce food safety risks when cooking large volumes of food for the public. Make sure that the food you prepare and serve is not only delicious but safe!


This course will include classroom lessons and hands-on food preparation practice. All participants will earn a Cooking for Crowds Certificate at the end of day while preparing healthy ramen topping packets for local area food banks.
